J&D's Malt Salt

I love vinegar, and vinegar flavored foods. I was looking forward to enjoying fries (chips) and other foods with the great vinegar flavor w/o getting them mushy using actual malt vinegar, but I can't add too much of the powdered malt salt w/o the dishes getting too much salt. Basically, if you're making the foods at home, or can order them with no salt added, it's about perfect, but if you were to add them to, say, McDonalds fries, they become too salty.There are other reviews pointing out the salt component isn't very large, but any amount is too much for me. I wished they'd offered just the powdered vinegar, which I can only seem to find in bulk. Having said that, it's still a good product, esp if you can get around the salt issue, like by cooking your own food.

This salt is great on tons of different foods. Even on fries, it doesn't make them soggy. Great on popcorn, too.

Not as intense as I was hoping.

This stuff is great on popcorn and really sets it apart. This is the 2nd bottle I ordered. Not the strange, bitter aftertaste that another product I purchased had.

My boss loves this brand it’s the only thing he has found that helps him with his diet and still taste okay what needs to improve is the availability of this item I know he waited 3-6 months due to it being out of stock

Do you love salt and vinegar on fries and well everything? This taste great, i'd buy it a 100 times over.

Love this product it’s great on french fries and potato chips! I wish you would come in a larger size I own a restaurant.

For those who have no access to Malt & Vinegar chips, in my case I live abroad and this is the next best thing!
