Most economical way to purchase genuine Canon ink for individual or home use. I double checked and this is genuine Canon ink. After a horrific experience with other than genuine manufacture ink, I only use Canon ink in my Canon Pro 200 printer. I also have a MF Canon laser printer, so I primarily use the ink for photos. It is my experience with this 8-tank printer it is absurd to purchase 8 inks individually due to cost. Although the tanks do not run out simultaneously additional replacements are not far behind and you have the next tank in the cabinet. I will never ever own a single tank color ink printer. Ridiculous waste of money. This ink is made for this printer, and the color contrast in the photos is the best I have ever seen in a home printer. For best results also purchase the correct photo paper from Canon. Yes, I admit I am a HUGE fan of Canon inks, laser and ink printers, and photo paper.

Pricey but if you want no-hassle & to avoid an angry printer, buy from the OEM. (which hopefully is actually from Canon & not a disingenuous supplier, but i've had no printer errors pop up & colors seem as accurate).

All the colors are readable and easy to unwrap the plastic wrap. However the ink does go quick
