Flimsy stay away
Flimsy product, not as advertised do not buy. I sent It back and got a full refund. Bought TheFitLife one instead which I’m happy with.

Good Workout
These are heavier duty and stronger resistance bands that provide a tough workout. I especially like how multiple bands can be combined together to make for an even tougher pull. Solid, well made, strong and durable.

Great for PT at home
I bought these so I could do some physical therapy exercises at home. They are the same brand that my PT uses at her office. It’s easy to change the handles from one band to another. Light weight and portable, I can envision bringing them with me on vacation.

Good bands (poor customer service when replacing one of the bands)
I like the handles and it works well. When I tried replacing one of the bands, they gave me the same color, but it was a different weight. I called to find out why the color/weight wasn't the same. The customer service was bad. I never got an answer and they didn't replace the band with the correct weight.
