Item arrived with a broken seal
The product I am sure is very good, but the one I received had a broken seal, therefore I had to return it.It could have been a used one.

Quick replacement
Very easy to replace used up cartridge with the new one. I wasn't sure if I need to shut off mains water supply but in the end it just needs untwisting the old filter and replace with new unit.

what can i say - if you have a grohe sparkling water tap then you need this. they are not cheap but they are cheaper than getting them elsewhere. it lasts about 6 months for me - same as the 5lb co2 bottle.
