I received a set of the black and 2 of the dinner plates are grey not black . Can I get the 2 plates exchanged ? Or return everything is will be hard

I don't know if it's oven safe as I never put plates in the oven. It is returnable.

Do they scratch easily?

Not of mine have scratched but I'm very careful w/stacking etc. I really like the look and am adding more. It's stoneware so be careful and you should be fine.
