Great for oil pastels
I chose this paper after wanting to start oil pastels and doing a lot of research. This paper is heavyweight but very smooth and the oil pastels go on like butter, making blending very smooth. It comes with two pads, making this a very good price. In the photos above I used baby oil to help blend some of the pastels and the paper held up really well.

Great Quality but Not-So-Good Sheet Quantity
Works well with oil pastels and oil colored pencils; however, I wish there were more sheets and pages in each pad. Would definitely like to have 200 artworks in one of these.
