Needs some improvement
I tried to like this product but after a couple of days I gave up and will be returning. The shipping time was great received item very fast. The reason I don't personally like the Smart iReach is because1) The rod has to be fully extended for use their are no intermediate stages and when I take pictures I don't necessarily want it to be that far away for every single picture. If rod is partially extended it collapses or when phone device is in the holder the rod spins downwards2) It does not work for Snapchat videos.3) The rod gets stuck when trying to collapse it.4) For heavier devices (Samsung Galaxy Note Edge) it is a struggle to manipulate the rod because of the weight of the phone.The reasons I did like it:1) The product is built very nicely and looks good but more thought should have been put into the extending rod section.2) The Smart iReach can fit large devices in the phone holder. I had plenty of space left even with the Note Edge being in the holder.3) Easy connecting process no additional apps needed user friendly.I wouldn't recommend this product. For the price you would think it would be more sturdy but I found a cheaper device that works better and holds weight perfectly also it's really Snapchat compatible and not half way (Smart iReach only works for pictures on Snapchat). Also, they should have made this product with multi-functions such as zoom etc if they expect us to pay $50. The price isn't worth the product.

This is a very simple and easy to use item. It paired easily with my iPhone and also has Android capability. I haven't used it yet but it seems sturdy and I don't anticipate having any problems. I did not have any problems opening and closing it, it's very smooth. And for those of you who don't like pink as much as I do, it does come in other colors.
