Phone came with light scratches and 81% battery health. Not perfect, but you get what you pay for.

Absolutely terrible refurbish. It looked fantastic! First use noticed that the battery would not hold a charge for more than 2-3 hours. Phone had a protective case on it from the first day. Within the first week noticed that it got dusty INSIDE the phone causing the front facing camera to be obstructed. Obviously the phone wasn't sealed properly. Then dropped the phone accidentally, and the whole thing completely shattered- even with a screen protector and a case on! It is now completely unusable. Worst refurbish ever! Where did these poor parts come from? Would never buy refurbished from this seller again. TERRIBLE quality.

I only gave it 4 stars because the package included a generic charging cord which didn't fit the phone. THe phone requires a lightening charging cord. Otherwise, the phone is darn near perfect. One little dent/scratch in the upper right corner of the phone case. It works great and the battery accepts a 100% charge. I'm very happy with the phone especially for the price.

It arrived in great condition with no scratches, and setting it up was quick and easy. The only downside is that the battery health is at 78%. I was hoping it would be 80% or higher, but unfortunately it’s not. I’ve also noticed that the phone gets very hot while charging. I’m not sure if this is common with all iPhones, but if you’re buying a used phone, it’s something to be cautious about. Overall, it’s a good phone, and I’ll continue to monitor how it performs with regular use.

Im quite disappointed in this item It looked good upon arrival and the phone came with a screen protector on and in good condition. It had some scratches around as you would expect from a renewed phone. However, after a bit of use, I have come to realize the screen is disconnecting from the bottom left. When pressed on, the screen will make a “popping” noise and will move. The screen will also randomly flash bright green for a bit. I have hard restarted the phone twice and it did not seem to stop it. Overall the phone is great, however the screen issues are a major problem.

I recently picked up the Apple iPhone 12 (64GB, Blue) in renewed condition, and overall, I’m satisfied. The phone performs like new. The OLED display is vibrant, and the camera takes sharp photos. The back and screen do have minor scratches, but that’s expected from a renewed device, and they don’t affect functionality. Battery life lasts a full day with moderate use, and being unlocked was a major plus.

Phone was still locked , could not access internet service however quality phone was in really good condition . Size was perfect

I bought this phone about 7 months ago and it has had connectivity issues for the past month. The wifi won't work and the bluetooth won't work either. Now the main antenna that allows for cellular signal has also stopped working. The screen had a weird sensitivity issues since I first got the phone but these new problems don't allow for this device to actual work as a phone. It did not last long. This product is defective and will cost me more money in the long run because the warranty is only for 90 days. I totally do not recommend this seller for iPhone 12's.

Me encuentro bastante satisfecho con el producto, llegó en muy buenas condiciones (no se encuentra tallada ni descarapelada la pintura del marco de aluminio del cuerpo ni de las cámaras), se sincroniza perfecto tanto a la red móvil (5G) como a WIFI (5G) además del ecosistema de Apple y no Apple (por medio de Bluetooth); sin mencionar que las bocinas suenan increíble. Puntos que debes considerar según mi experiencia con la compra: - Llegó con el 82% de batería - Tiene pequeños rayones en la pantalla (en el día a día no se notan, pero están ahí) - Mi unidad llegó con un protector de pantalla mal colocado (story time más adelante) - Llegó sucio (como si recién le quitaran alguna funda y sin limpiar ni nada, lo hubieran enviado) - Tuve MUCHISIMA SUERTE ya que mi unidad estéticamente está perfecta (a excepción de la pantalla que mencioné anteriormente) Story time Cuando recién abrí el producto, la parte superior derecha de la pantalla estaba levantada (sobresalía del cuerpo del dispositivo), a lo que mi primera reacción fue "bueno, todo está bien, seguramente reemplazaron la pantalla después de algún golpe y no la instalaron correctamente" porque a pesar de todo, funcionaba muy bien; Al día siguiente, apareció una burbuja en la pantalla (como la que sale cuando no está bien instalada una mica o cristal templado), paniqueado acudí a la ishop más cercana en búsqueda de asesoría; quiero aclarar que a todo esto, ya había comenzado el tramite de la garantía, que muy amablemente de parte de Amazon me aceptaron, ya sólo faltaba empacar el producto y regresarlo; tras este breve contexto, al acudir a la ishop me mostraron que el equipo estaba en perfecto estado, y lo que causaba la burbuja en la pantalla efectivamente era un cristal protector súper mal colocado, al serle retirado el mismo, ya no había burbujas ni pantalla sobresalida ni nada. Cancelé mi devolución, y sigo probando el dispositivo (de momento bastante satisfecho). Subiré actualización tras 80 días de uso. Actualización: Celular funcionando al 100%, sin ningún detalle de ningún tipo

Solo tenía una leve raspadura cerca del lente de la cámara, pero la pantalla y lo demás tienen buena presentación. Suficiente carga de la pila para durar varios años, ya llevo dos con este IPhone y sigue teniendo actualizaciones, no se ha vuelto lento y la batería aguanta, tomando en cuenta que se descarga rápido si lo usas demasiadas horas seguidas. Le doy 4 estrellas porque su conexión a la red no me parece buena bajo ciertas condiciones. Si me quedó sin wifi en casa de forma repentina, el móvil no se conecta automáticamente a mis datos, debo salir del domicilio y tarda varios minutos en conectarse a la red celular. No es la compañía a la que estoy afiliado, porque datos si tengo en otros dispositivos, pero el móvil me da ese problema. Pasa en rara ocasión, pero pasa. En el mismo sentido, debo aclarar que el celular no tiene problemas para conectarse a los datos, en la calle o casa funcionan con normalidad, pero cuando se desconecta del wifi mientras estoy en casa, ya queda porque se fue la luz o porque la red se cayó, el sistema no reconoce que debe conectarse a los datos de forma inmediata. En lo demás, sigue siendo un buen teléfono, incluso al ser de una generación que ya tiene sus años, sigue teniendo su aguante. He adquirido una tablet de Apple también de segunda mano y como este IPhone pasan los años y sigue dando la batalla, sin volverse lento ni presentar mayores inconvenientes más que el que he mencionado.

Great product works well but definitely shows signs of wear and tear on sidewalls - would just gift in a case if gifting. Would purchase again if needed!
