How much weight these can hold? 400-500kg?

They absolutely can, repeatedly. I've tested mine ~500kg including my grip ofc (not just the weight pulling on the straps), but I assume the straps can hold far more weight than most people can reasonably handle.

How long are the straps?

I actually haven't found them to be slippery at all. Maybe if you use it bit more and the material gets a little more ragged it won't be as slippery for you?

These are the best straps I've ever owned, there's a reason so many strongman and powerlifters use them. Maybe don't drag them across the knurling and they won't fray, I wouldn't listen to those reviews, treat your equipment well and it lasts.
