Flimsy, fragile and cheaply made.
We’ve had the original version for 16 years and have used it countless times. The game is lots of fun for kids and kids at heart, it’s the make of this newer version that I have serious issues with. It fell apart within minutes of use. Here’s what I’m referring to: - The flap hinges are badly designed, the top dislodges very easily and stops the timer from running. It also ruins the player’s turn, and if it’s a child, it’s very frustrating. - The slits where the cards are to be inserted are too narrow, difficult for an adult and even more for a child. Which brings me to the next issue. - The cards are made of a cheaper lighter cardboard, after a single use, several are now nicked and bent, making it even more difficult to slot them in easily. The corners are straight 90 degrees making them easy to bend. - The inside walls are flat and have no ridges, this gets the cards stuck to the inside due static charge. Simple ridges would have solved this problem. Thoroughly dislike this version, I’m sorry to see such an amazing game be ruined by careless cost-cutting.

This was a game I saw on an American you tube series. There was a clip of people playing it and I spent a good while trying to find it somewhere, with no knowledge of the name etc, I found it and amazon was best price. I was correct, the game is really fantastic and great fun. The best game we now have, or at least one of them. The great thing is, the whole family can play along as there are 3 difficulty levels among the cards. We have had so many great times with the kids and also with friends after a few glasses of wine 🍷 which is a hilarious adventure. I can't recommend this game highly enough. I think it has been about in America for years as this is I think, the second version in America 🇺🇸. I can understand why they've kept and updated the game as it's simply great. If you like any type of board game abd/or charades then this is a must.
