WONDERFUL but Size Chart is useless
I wish I cold give ten stars! This is SO VERY helpful. I have damaged shoulders and rotator cuffs on both sides and they are constantly very painful doing anything or just doing nothing. This has helped tremendously. I have bought just about every device or harness or whatever that claimed to help, ad non really have. Seeing this, I expected it not to help either, but a chance at less pain is worth trying regardless of cost. I am sitting, typing, and moving my arms, "relatively" pain free (it supports not heals) for the first time in FORTY YEARS! I have not been able to get it fixed by surgery for other reasons, but this is providing the MOST PAIN REIEF I have enjoyed in that time that did not come from a bottle! Their size chart, is obviously for Asians given the sizes. The chart for instance says, XL - 16-17" Shoulder width, 11-12.6" Biceps girth, XXL - 17-18.5" Shoulder width, 12.6-14.2" Biceps girth. Even at 77 YO, my shoulders are 20" wide (NOT on their chart) and biceps about 14.5". I ordered the XL and it works wonderful, but is frankly too big. It fits well but a smaller size would give more stretchy support to the back of the shoulders. I plan on ordering the "L" and ignoring their numbers. Once I find a perfect fit, I hope they have plenty of stock because I am buying several just in case! Maybe they can do a chart based on US standards. IF you can figure a size (based on chart vs my sizes - I am 5'9" 180lb) you will love it!

Fair
So so, ordered by sizing chart which fit my chest area fine, a bit tricky to get on by yourself, works much better if you have someone to assist. Once you get it on and figure out the adjustments it gives fairly good support, though I feel it is still a bit loose at the front of my shoulder joint where I truly need the extra support. The straps if they would stay down in place like it shows in the photos, would give that support, but there isn't anyway that's going to happen, they tend to always slid up under your armpit as soon as you move. Which is not exceptionally comfortable. And I noticed that it tends to give me an ache at the lower back of my neck when using it. To be fair it does help to some extent, I was just hoping for a little more support than I was getting from a single support, but would have to say there really isn't much if any improvement.

Sizing is off, straps are very thin and cheap, doesn't provide stability/support
I have a single shoulder support from Zeegler that works fairly well to compare this to, I wish Zeegler made a double shoulder brace. The Kuangmi brace has a few flaws. Most notably the sizing is really all over the place. My measurements put me at a XXL, I'm 190, 5'9" and a life long weight lifter with big shoulders and a big chest. The shoulder size wasn't too far off although I would have preferred a little more tension across the back of the shoulders as the design of this brace encourages more front shoulder rounding off which is unhealthy. The biceps sizing is way off, I have 17" biceps as measured at the middle but the brace is much larger than that, although it does cinch tightly. The only problem is that the brace does not reach my biceps, only to where my deltoids end, which makes me wonder if the XXL maybe is too small at the shoulders. Because of this I don't feel the brace gets enough upward pull on the arm to stabilize the shoulder. Even if the brace reached my biceps I don't feel the cinching mechanism is sufficient to hold my bicep. The Zeegler has a buckle at the bicep so you can really cinch it down but still have comfort. While the brace itself seems well made and sturdy the straps are very thin and cheap. When pulled taut they are too thin and bunch up inside the buckle, you can't pull them very tight because they are so thin and they inspire very very little confidence in longevity. With better straps the brace might have functioned a bit better. Overall I found it provided little stabilization/support for the shoulder, certainly not anywhere near as much as the Zeegler which I find is just ok and not excellent. Further it encourages forward shoulder rounding which is unhealthy for the shoulders, neck, upper back, etc. I would suggest either more restrictive elastic at the back, or simply a strap between the rear left and right shoulders that could be tightened.

Maybe
I’m a 6’ 5” caucasian male. 4yrs ago, I weighed 309lbs. Today I’m 220. Because of the weight loss (recovering diabetic), sleeping on my side hurts my shoulders. With all the weight, my shoulders have support when I’m in such a relaxed state of sleep. But after kissing all the weight, I don’t have the extra padding to keep my shoulders supported. Now, when I sleep on my side, the muscles relax and my shoulder wants to roll forward and out of joint. I wake up after an hour or so in pain because my shoulder rolls outta joint. I bought this shoulder brace to try and help, but it didn’t. It’s not quite right for my body type and shape. The bicep cuff is a little snug for me and the shoulder material is too thin. The brace is well designed, it just doesn’t fit me well enough. Thicker or stiffer material on the shoulder cover would be helpful and give more support. The harness is well made, but not for me.

It helps!
This shoulder brace is effective in easing pain. I have full rotator cuff tears in both shoulders, going on 4th surgery on my left. This is amplified by significant damage to my cervical spine which has been negatively affected by the lack of support in my shoulder structure. This is the second type of brace I tried and I have found my sole relief with it. The only negative is found in the rolling up of the straps under the arms but in fairness, I don’t know how this could be avoided.

The Double Shoulder Support Brace Strap has been a game-changer for me in terms of comfort and pain relief. This brace strap provides excellent support to both shoulders simultaneously, making it ideal for individuals dealing with issues such as shoulder instability, joint pain, or injuries. The adjustable straps allow for a customized fit, ensuring a snug and comfortable feel without restricting mobility. It's comfortable to wear under clothing, and the breathable neoprene material doesn't cause excessive sweating, even during extended use. What's particularly impressive about this support brace is its ability to alleviate shoulder discomfort. The pressure provided by the brace strap helps reduce pain and inflammation, making it a valuable tool for both daily activities and sports-related injuries. Whether I'm working at my desk, engaging in physical activities, or simply going about my day, this support brace has consistently provided relief and stability to my shoulders. It's a cost-effective solution for managing shoulder issues and has greatly improved my overall comfort and range of motion.
