Do these patches have microdarts?

No, they’re just really hydrocolloid patches infused with salicylic acid, niacinamide, tea tree, and vitamin C.

Are these better than the ones with microdarts? I am confused on which ones to buy.

I have never used microdarts. These patches were very effective on beginning stages of acne but not for cystic acne
