I have been using these Febreze 3Volution Cotton Fresh refills around the flat, mainly in the hallway and living area, and they have been very consistent in keeping the space smelling clean without becoming overpowering. The alternating scent system works well, as you do not become nose blind to it in the way you often do with standard plug-ins. The fragrance itself is light and laundry-like rather than sweet, which makes it suitable for everyday use and works especially well in shared or high-traffic rooms. In terms of longevity, each refill lasts a good amount of time on a lower setting, and the seven-pack offers solid value if you already use the 3Volution diffuser regularly. Odours are noticeably reduced rather than simply masked, which makes a difference in kitchens or rooms with pets. As with most plug-ins, anyone sensitive to fragrance should start on the lowest setting, but overall performance has been reliable and low maintenance.
