This fit my Dell XPS 9560 perfectly. Install was easy if you are handy and careful. The two required screwdrivers and plastic guitar pick for separating the case and battery is included. It came with about a 46% charge. After reading the prodived instructions I drained the battery then fully recharged it a couple of times. Now my laptop has new life as a laptop. It charges to 100% and stay working for hours. So far so good.

My laptop had gotten to the point where I was basically using it as a desktop because it would shut off as soon as I unplugged it. So far so good after its 2nd cycle of calibration. I don't know if it's 'cause it's only gone 2 said cycles but it sorta dies after 2 hours or so. To be fair it could be my laptop's workload (then again I've mainly been using it to watch TV). Regardless, I'm remaining hopeful to see if anything will change after the 4th or 5th calibration cycle

So far so good. We'll see about longevity. In general I have not been impressed by the quality of "genuine" HP parts. My hard disk started failing slowly (according to the SMART data) after 5 years, the fan started making a horrible racket after only a few months, and the original battery failed after a few years. Considering my old Toshiba laptop battery lasted over a decade and only slowly lost capacity, this sucked. And my toshiba laptop from 2012 is still going strong on its second hd. All I know is this Chinese HP battery replacement worked right away, and it shows a battery health of 100%. I cycled it once down to about 40% and it gave a few hours of life under regular web browsing and app activity. I have not tested how long it lasts under video load. I feel sure it cannot do worse than the battery the laptop came with originally. The only good thing I can say about HP laptop design is it is easy to get inside the case (once you lift up those rubber feet-bars to access the screws) and the battery is secured by only 2-3 screws. So easy to replace. But God help you if you need the adaptor board to change from a mechanical drive to a NVMe. That interface board is not available ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, for any price. But HP still has battery, fan, RAM, SATA drives if you need them.

Well packaged. Includes tools. Noteworthy is that the mfg instructions on how to break in the battery for discharge/charge a few times to calibrate it were different than HP, so I followed their instructions. Battery works well. Price was good and next day delivery!

Nice simple install, an added bonus that I was surprised at was that all needed tools were included in the kit. Will buy from this vendor again when I need parts.

works perfectly, definitely worth the money. my laptop couldn’t even stay on for 30 min after disconnecting the charger, now it works like i just got it new. doesn’t heat up and it was easy to connect with it coming with the tools for the small screws in the bottom of it.

Packaged well and came next day. No issues installing and computer did not give an error not compatible. Charges well and lasts up to 4 - 5 hours. Let's see how long it lasts. First time buying a non-HP battery. Great price if it continues to work this way. 10 days in and no issues.
