Forest Master BLS-3H Bulk Log Sawhorse, 250kg Capacity, Foldable

This has been a game changer for me and I only write reviews now if I am passionate or feel strongly about a product. I was a little unsure when choosing it as I was wondering how sturdy it could be for the price, especially with regards to how it mounts on the wooden side rails but I have been pleasantly suprised. I was also a little unsure about the capacity when I unpacked it as the vertical poles were shorter than I was expecting, again pleasantly suprised as to how many logs I get out of it per load. It does make it easier to load with it not being too high though. I did see in the dimensions that the max log capacity width is 450mm, which is more than my chainsaw length (400mm bar but 350mm cut capacity, especially if the saw is behind one of the vertical bars) so I do a main cut as far as I can from one side then finish it off from the other, this works fine. I cut my logs to approx 200mm lengths and usually have lengths of 800mm - 1m which also works well. When it is loaded with logs the weight of the logs also adds to the sturdiness of the frame and the chains are reasonably self locking, I give the logs a jiggle to settle them and push the chain lock rings down too. As you can see in the photos the plastic brackets that fix to the wooden boards allow it to fold flat for easier storage. The construction is all well engineered, with everything being a very snug fit which adds to the sturdiness. It does show in the instruction manual to fit the cross pieces and plastic bits over the bottom of the uprights, then put the feet on but the feet were already fitted and wouldn't come off. It wasn’t necessary anyway because everything fitted over the tops of the uprights instead. It has saved me both time and back ache as I was cutting logs individually at low level before, continuously moving them to cut them which was time consuming and inefficient having to keep the chainsaw running when moving and positioning logs. Totally recommend it, its a far more efficient way to cut batches of logs. I am a home owner log cutter but logs are our main form of heating at the moment, so Im not full time at it but it does make life easier to batch cut.

Excellent product. Minor dent in one item made construction unnecessarily challenging.

Bought the forest master saw horse , I wasn't expecting much for such a simple design, But wow, excellent product, made quick work a large pile of logs, Reduced cutting time by 75% easily. Would recommend 100%

Smaller than i thought but does the job, i found only one side would tighten the bolts, other side is loose but still okay. Easier to cut logs than say on a a large log base, i think its worth the money, Forest Master does make great products, i have a few like manual and electric log splitters and all work well, this is a welcome edition for cutting logs in. Another great proucut by FM.

I've been shopping on Amazon since 2013 and Forest Master Limited is one of the best 3rd party sellers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Super quick delivery, even though it wasn't Prime! Unbelievably good value, well-made, well packaged, quality products! Clear, simple instructions with images, and video instructions online! And, most importantly of all this product (Forest Master BLS-3H Saw-Horse) turned the draining bi-weekly 2-hour wood chopping job, into just 45 minutes! 5*****

Not really suitable for cutting individual logs as not jammed in a V shape. Also wobbles with clamps onto the wooden boards very dubious. Boards themselves look to be very low quality interior ply. Could do with a means of keeping the structure square while still allowing it to be folded up.

Works well, I am happy with it. But the photo is misleading. The saw horse is much smaller than the photo would lead you to believe.

Glad I found this makes chopping branches & logs a doddle

Doesn’t seem very sturdy when putting it together, but once you get the wood into it, it does the job. Work smart engineering!

I wish I had discovered this product years ago - makes the bulk processing of variable thickness lengths of wood quick, simple and safe.

This worked better than I could imagine, highly recommend Will save my back
