According to the NIOSH testing of the *filter material*, their masks are > 95% efficient and are approved under an FDA EUA. Note that you still need to get them tight against your face, as anything that comes around the edges of the mask is not filtered at all (so if 10% of the air you suck in comes around the sides, the mask efficiency drop to < 90%).
