Does this work for muscle knots (muscle scar tissue from overuse) and tendonitis (also from overuse)?

This product helps break down scar tissue. I had a foot surgery that went wrong and was about to have another surgery to correct the first one I googled natural cures for inflammation and Serrapeptase was the first thing that popped up. After many hours of research, I ordered my first bottle and canceled surgery two weeks after being on serrapeptase. I continue to take a handful at night.
