I used ChatGPT to help me figure out how to reduce my cholesterol and my LDL without using statins. This product was part of the protocol. I was told that it takes 12 weeks to see any results. So I started taking the Bergamot, 4 Nature Made Cholestoff Plus daily which are plant sterols known to reduce cholesterol, dramatically cut back on saturated fat, added ground flaxseed, and at the 14 week mark I had my blood tested.
