Pay attention to the compartment dimensions - it's small but it worked for what I wanted. He definitely enjoyed the process of opening it, and it got a few laughs from everyone watching. Way more memorable than a plain envelope. Build quality seems decent for what it is, and it worked smoothly without anything feeling stuck or cheap. Yes item is exquisitely well made!! The secret compartment is big enough to put a US sized bill(s) for a fortunately pleasant surprise!?! The bill(s) are stelthfully quiet too!! ! know huh?!? It's easy to open & close once you know the unexpected witty solution!?! It's a fun presentation on my chest high dresser! I got the smaller similar but square puzzle box too, to compliment the larger rectangular puzzle box I got. Looks sweet!?! I know huh?!?

Bought this to put a giftcard in and it fits perfectly. Had to watch the video to figure out how to open. It is only a two step puzzle, which it was overall a little more in depth. Good for older children, rather than adults.
