Added these to my daily stack a while back and I've been really happy with them. The 5% thymoquinone is what sold me, most black seed oil supplements you find are way lower potency, so you're paying for filler. This one actually delivers on the active compound. I've noticed steady energy throughout the day since starting, and I generally feel better overall. Softgels are easy to swallow with no aftertaste, which is a big deal because raw black seed oil is rough to take straight. No burps or stomach issues either. Not a magic pill, but a solid daily addition if you're already into stacking supplements. Will keep buying.

I have tried several black seed oils, and only two have had any health benefits. This is one of the good ones. I tried a much more expensive one, thinking expensive meant good,( the one with "organic" in it's brand name, but contains NO organic ingredients). It was good, but not worth the hype, or the price tag. This is some good stuff, helps greatly with the bloating, heavy belly feeling, is helping reduce my inflammation, brain fog is almost completely gone. I'm taking it twice daily until my inflammation is better, then I'll slow down to once per day. I highly recommend this brand. Oh, and the strong taste, and burps that people like to complain about, it's supposed to taste like that.

It works and 5% is freakin aweeesooome! This company delivers quality; I have used some of their other products. It appears their professional attitude is conscientious, meaning they care to deliver their best, it’s an attitude thing, you either care or you don’t care! They seem to care! Read the body language of companies/businesses, all the way from presentations, packaging, descriptions! I can quickly wield out the average to below average businesses/products. This is an excellent company, and I am thorough but fair in my assessments. However, I do not compromise on standards when it comes to supplements. Ok, for starters, anyone selling black seed oil must state upfront the % of thymoquinone on their product, don’t make search hard to find this information, it is not fair and it shows right away the character of that business, which is tendency towards concealment of information. This company states upfront and visibly the 5% thymoquinone content, and so I can decide very quickly. Thank you for that! This product delivers great health. I believe I would have come down with a cold weeks ago if I wasn’t taking black seed oil: I was sneezing for days, but no aches or discomfort. I knew I picked up something, and that something couldn’t plant roots in my system. That tells me a lot! Please never ever consider changing the taste to please any audience of sweet tooth addicts! The taste is pungent as it should be, it’s natural, but the benefit very far outweigh this unpleasant taste. This pungent taste is a psychological sign of potency; that may not always be the case with all products, but the linkage in this case is exciting, it sets the right expectations!

Bought this because I'm helping a friend quit opiates and I read that this stuff can help with the withdrawal symptoms, and he said it helped a ton and it's one of a few different things we used to help him through it, he's still sober currently thankfully and this stuff was at least part of how he got there. it smells very strong though and tastes just as strong so if you're planning on taking this as a supplement, definitely keep that in mind and think about the fact you're not just going to be able to mix this into something without it completely changing the taste and smell of it.

Better than taking the oil straight up! You will still taste it when you burp but only right after you take it but this staying in my supplement stack for sure! This is a powerhouse for your body and the price is right for the amount of thymoquinone you get, you can’t beat that! It high quality oil without the harsh taste and clean ingredients!! I’ll choose this one every time!
