The packaging is practical, mostly when travelling. The pills are good and easy to swallow. I feel the difference in my energy when I use it.

Non le ho prese per uso sportivo. Da sempre ho valori di creatina al limite basso o leggermente sotto limite; spesso ho dolori alle gambe, specialmente in estate, quando caldo e molto lavoro mettono a dura prova. Ho notato già dopo pochi giorni un deciso miglioramento alle gambe, con minore dolore e minore stanchezza, quindi nel mio caso nulla da ecceppire anche per un uso non agonistico/sportivo. Certo che le compresse sono davvero enormi!! Consiglio a chi non è abituato di prenderne una alla volta (la dose consigliata è di due pastiglie al giorno); forse sarebbe bello poter scegliere anche tagli di grandezza più piccoli. In ogni caso, fanno il loro lavoro, il resto conta poco
