Will this plate work with a polish akm that has a 1mm stamped receiver?

It works on my zastava pap rifle and it has a 1.5 mm receiver. So i say yes but i had a gunsmith put mine on he had to drill some holes for me.

this will fit on underfolder just installed one - make sure to mount it low as possible - problem is the mount - I bought the UTG (QD) mount the rail and mount are designed to be slid on from rear to front and the large button on the underfolder keeps you from sliding the mount on the rail ------ so now I have a nice rail that is useless except to hide the damn holes I drilled into my AK

will this work with AIM sports AK double rail side mount quick release lever ?

It should. You may have to adjust the release for proper fit.
