Good item , it’s a thin plastic but for an emergency does the job I do believe this won’t be really durable and if winter time comes, take it inside, cause it will crack

I purchased this hose for my 15' above ground pool. I was converting it to a sand filter system, and planned to use the hose for vacuuming and backwashing. It has worked well for both, and I appreciate it's solid design and all white color. I fel the price was acceptable for the length and quality I received.

The hose that came with my summer waves pool was garbage. We gutted the skimmer and upgraded the pump and filter system. The pump would suck the old hose flat. This hose fixed that problem. Very happy. I store it out of the sun because I have read other reviews. I got a big pool storage box so that is not an issue. From what I have read it cracks if left in the sun. Just stow it and it will last a long time. It is also long enough I can reach my hot tub and get dirt out of the bottom of it too. Great hose for the money.

I bought this to have a longer hose for our Intex 9'x18' pool and pool cleaner. The hose fittings are the generic pressure fit type. They do not work with the Intex fittings. (The Intex fittings might be proprietary but I'm not certain.) I knew this when buying the hose abd cut off their fittings (they are glued on) and (reverse) threaded my old hose's fittings onto this hose, which worked perfectly. Had held up to daily use so far and does not show signs of degradation. The price was good which is why I didn't mind not having the Intex fittings.

Poor quality!! I bought this because it was half the price as others, but should have known better. You get what you pay for! I noticed a splits firing after each use. I wouls tape them up and keep using. After finding a 4th split I gave up ans threw it away.

The hose is good. But if you have a smaller above ground pool pump and use it to vacuum manually, it’s honestly better to just skim and sweep and let the filter do the rest for several hours. But this hose is a great value for anyone who actually needs one like this.

Both ends of this are just plain non-turning ends. Would have bought the cheaper blue black kind that clearly show the rotating end but took the description as accurate instead of letting myself get taken in by my thinking that the cooler looking white hose probably had an internal rotation mechanism. Short season, Canada Day coming, and many grandchildren so going to use it and hopefully the lack of a swivel won't be too irritating. Sucks to be me I guess.
