Excellent Practice Pad—Quiet, Realistic, and Well Made
I bought the Evans RealFeel drum practice pad, and it’s been fantastic for practicing without making a ton of noise. The 12-inch size is perfect, and the dual-sided design is really useful—one side has a more realistic rebound, while the other offers a slightly firmer feel for endurance and control work. The gum rubber and neoprene surfaces feel great to play on, and the rebound is very natural. It helps build technique without stressing your hands or wrists. I also appreciate how sturdy it is—it stays put while playing and feels durable enough to last a long time. It’s perfect for home practice, warming up before rehearsals, or even throwing in a bag to take on the go. Quiet enough for apartment use, but still gives that satisfying response drummers want. If you’re a drummer looking for a reliable, high-quality practice pad, this one is a total win. I’m really happy with it!

Great
Great quality, good value, and pretty much as advertised. Evans is one of the best drum head brands out there. If youre wondering about noise, the sound is much softer and less echoey. Great for practicing, also super bouncy with great stick rebound. Pay attention the the size measurements when buying.

Great pad. Zero issues!
Very nicely made. No defects. Solid wood w a nice thick rubberized pad. Mine came with the drilled hole in the back to attach to a stand (sorry not sure what it’s called). I recommend this for practicing rolls and rudiments.

Great Practice Pad with crisp defined articulation
The Evans Attacktile is excellent. Cleaner and more defined articulation than the Evans Real feel practice pad. Has some rebound and is not overly spongy. Similar to a snare tuned mid-high. The surface is easy to keep clean. Also, the pad is not too heavy to travel with. I hope they make a 6” and a larger round one with a rim. The noise level is higher than the basic RealFeel and higher in pitch, but not so loud that it would disturb others in a different room. Not quite as glass like as the Vic Firth slim pad which is even better for crisp high bpm practice. Buy one of the AttackTile pads today and you’ll be very happy with it! It is a step up from the Evans basic RealFeelPad. Using Pads and sticks that you like will lead to more practice time , so it’s well worth the investment. A+ product.

Great for beginners and those wanting to start a new hobby
Great and very portable drumpad. I was always a band kid and now being able to actually practice again is great especially coming a woodwind! It is quiet but you can hear the hits it kinda sounds like pecking but so far I havent annoyed my suitemates too much yet. It is smaller than I expected so do take note of the measurements but apart from that it is a great lil drumpad. It sticks nicely on the table, on a couch, and like always on your lap. Great, would totally recommend!

Not the classic feel, but still very nice
The current Real Feel doesn’t feel like the original (get the current Vic Firth 2 sided for that), but they do feel very good. A bit softer than gum rubber. The black side isn’t all that useful to me and it feels like you are playing through the material and directly on the wood. Slightly too expensive.

Great practice pads
Small but the bounce and feel is great. Perfect for my son to practice in the car (he is 7) of while watching TV. He likes to play on his edrums but these allow him to keep playing while still hanging oit with the rest of the family.

Great pad
Amazing rebound, works well with concert and marching snare sticks, tenor nylon sticks, and bass sticks
