ZippoPersonalized Custom Engraved Lighter, Black Ice Finish

This lighter was a great order. I ordered on of these as a gift for a friend and I received it in a timely manner. I had some customization questions and the seller took the time to iron out those details with me and it arrived just as expected. The engraving looked great and there were no dents, scratches, or scrapes. Once again, it is an engraving and not a mold imprint type of customization so the lettering will only go so deep. Despite that thought, the customization was legible, positioned correctly, and exactly as I requested. I'd recommend using Word or some other program to type your message just in case you don't know what all the font's letters look like. It gave me a better visualization on how the message would turn out and helped pick the font I wanted. There was a little bit of residual glue on it that I initially thought was a scratch, but after a quick rub or two with my thumb, the glue came right off and the lighter was perfect again. The box it came in was from zippo and was new. Great option for a gift and my friend loved it when they got. Great product 5/5.

I wanted to get a customized zippo for a friend with his initials on it (barcode is an inside joke) and decided to go with this one. I love how it's a very clean/glossy finish and the color is a darker shade of silver than the typical.Prior to purchase, I contacted the seller asking if my customization was doable. I initially wanted the barcode in the back but they said they only engrave one side, which was fine. I even sent them a template of what I wanted it to look like and they literally made it look exactly like the template! I provided the font names and details and they followed through perfectly. My friend LOVES it!

Bought long ago, I think the scribbling of what you want, they do really well. But its not as cool and fancy as those ones you can buy with ready-made designs. Id say its a cute gift.

Best Deal out there , The lighter is amazing , sheen and finish is top notch , gorgeous color - the engraving is a laser etching , and looks perfect - very happy with the engraving . After you purchase you have to open a message with the seller to get the personalization on the lighter , you have a couple days to do so before it ships , that was a bit confusing . They are really good to work with and you can put phrases on it , you aren't limited to a few letters . Love the Purchase

I literally JUST opened this package and I'm beyond happy with this purchase! The lighter and engraving are very nicely done, it's a simple "Man-ly" lighter... what makes it amazing? The speed and accuracy of this company! I ordered this on 2/21 as an anniversary gift for my husband. ( He had lost his favorite Zippo last week on vacation.) So when I saw this I figured there would be no way that it would arrive in time for our Anniversary TODAY (2/25/2017)... but it's here and awesome! The accuracy? I needed the date and "BABU" (yesss, BABU) engraved on it... I figured FOR SURE that they'd change it to "Baby" assuming I had made a typo...Nope, just perfect! Thank you so much for great customer service (they contact you via email for engraving info), Speed, accuracy and a timeless product. A simple but meaningful gift that he'll love!

Absolutely the best iasked to grt front and back unaware only one side can get engraved i got a call from very polite and courteous employee and told me that I could only get one side engraved and I told him that was fine they still managed to get all of what I wanted to say on one side and it still looks amazing absolutely best customer service I could ever ask for it showed up two days prior to when it said it would and it looks amazing I couldn't have asked for a better Zippo for my girlfriend thank you guys so much I really respect that you were doing keep up the good work I am soooo very impressed

Extremely pleased with this product! I purchased this for my boyfriend as a gift this Valentine's Day. First of all, he is a big fan of Zippo lighters and has been using the same one for about 8 years now. Needless to say, he was very surprised to unwrap a Masculine and Modern, Black Ice, High Quality Shine lighter as a gift, hahaha. I personalized it with Monogramed initials and below it said "Valentine's day" and below that said "2015". I think he would have preferred that I left off the "Valentine's Day" lol but what's to expect...he's one of those men, anything sweet or romantic is like, embarrassing or something? I don't get it? I also got him an extra lighter fluid and flint kit so that he can maintenance it as needed. Both packages came in a timely manner and I cannot appreciate THAT enough.Overall he was very happy and has been using it, literally, since he opened the box, which in turn makes me feel very happy. I would definitely buy from them again, his Birthday is right around the corner!Awesome product!Thanks!

Product came very fast. It was shipped out the very next day. Ordered as a Christmas gift for husband. The engraving makes it more personalized and more special. The quality and details are amazing. They did a great job on the engraving. And the price was more than worth it. I would definitely order again and would recommend this company.
