Are there measurement that are less than 1"? Ex: if you wanted to cut a 1/4" strip, would you have to guess or can you line up the paper to the guide?

The embossed grid lines on the base of the guillotine are in 1/4 increments. There are also rulers at the top and the bottom of the base in both inches and cms. Makes measuring very easy!

Does this have markings for 1/8" & 1/16"?

There is a 6 inch ruler at each end of the cutting board; this is marked in 1/8" & 1/16th markings. I love the size of it; not a big space hog. It cuts so crisp and easy; love it!

Are replacement blades available for this trimmer?

Not that I am aware of as it is a guillotine trimmer, not a slider blade trimmer
