Does this fit model qdo132a

No you need part link below https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EN8NV60/sr=1-5/qid=1508789777/ref=olp_product_details?_encoding=UTF8&me=&qid=1508789777&sr=1-5

Will it fit model # qdo452a ??

I’m not certain. I ordered the wrong switch anyhow. It can beg made to work as long as it looks the same but they come in different lengths and where the rest stop sets will vary and cause inconsistent ice cubes if it is wrong. Simply look up your models parts list to ensure proper fitment.
