Battery issues and no customer service
The brush was ok but the battery started draining quickly quite soon. Although the manufacturer claims itโs under warranty, apparently they canโt do anything if you buy it outside the US. Amazon asked me to get a service denial email from the manufacturer (standard procedure) but trey didnโt want to do even that little

Amazing Product and great value for money
Product is of excellent quality, it works very well and looks premium. The only downside that I feel is the product manual was not in English but it was in German. I would highly recommend this product. It comes with 8 brush heads altogether. Great value for money.
