Can Nevr-dull be used on stainless steel appliances, specifically refrigerators?

We used nevrdull, apparently diesel impregnated cotton, on everything in a submarine, including stainless steel. It can make stainless steel toilets look almost like chrome.

Can this be used on brass instruments?

I wouldn't if it as been laquered or 'clear-coated' some other way. If it is 'bare-brass', then it will certainly polish it.

My Mauviel copper pots and pans have a very heavy black patina I would like to remove. Will this product (1) remove it (2) without scratching them?

I have only used it on silver so don’t know how effective it is on copper. I can’t imagine that it will scratch since it doesn’t scratch my silver. I like this product a lot.
