They taste great mixed with the Raisin and Dates Great Grains Cereal. Lots of Fiber. Also great for a sweet tooth rather than candy. Helped me loose weight. Also very crunchy even in milk.

Good products

This is our favorite cold cereal. Good flavor, good texture, reasonable cost. However the last delivery was sent in a soft package that crushed the cereal boxes and damaged some of the cereal. Suggest that future deliveries use a cardboard box, not a plastic bag.

What’s there to say really. Not too much sugar, decent proportion of grains and nuts. Cereal is expensive for what you get, but this is one of the most reasonable ones.
