Once you start it on the sheet, do you wait a few minutes so it doesn’t get on the babies skin? Also would if help my 13 month old?

I usually spray it before bath time and I don’t put it directly on the sheet, I just spray it a bit higher from the sheets. I mean I have three month old and it has been working for me how I do it but for a 13 month old you might put it directly to the sheet but wait a bit before putting her down.

Why did the price randomly go from $7 to over $13? Also saying that it’s normally now $20?
