The coconut oil isn’t so much a proper oil pulling liquid as it is a coconut flavored mouthwash, the taste of which I found too strong and not very pleasant (same goes for the toothpaste). If you’re looking to practice the Ayurvedic routine of oil pulling where you swish oil around in your mouth for a few minutes, I would recommend a different product more suited for that - a simple, pure oil.
