I use these pills to reverse adrenal fatigue (excess of cortisol due to stress) that was causing me hair loss. After taking these pills I’ve seen less hairs in the shower, and my hair is growing back.

I can’t speak to long-term results from a supplement in a short window, but I had no issues with tolerance when taking it as directed. I have tried many different Ashwagandha's in the past.
