"That's a knife!" Awesome knife! Beautiful craftsmanship. Quality blade on this bad boy. Very sharp! I haven't "field tested" this knife. Its definitely a show piece knife for me. So I cant comment on durability. If youre a fan of the Crocodile Dundee films, get the knife. You wont be sorry.

I was mad at first, really mad. It was taking forever to get this. Upon receiving it, I was very pleasantly surprised. This is a beautiful knife. Very well made. It comes extremely sharp like a scalpel and to a point as a needle. Exactly what I wanted. The waiting was worth it. I would deduct one star for waiting but that wouldn’t be fair. The thickness and ability to retain the sharpness is superb. It’s the absolute perfect size I was looking for. The leather sheath will protect very well. I’m going to buy another as a gift for a good friend who appreciates this kind of craftsmanship.

Very nice looking out of hand. In hand, the blade is a little thin, and lighter than you would think. Appears the blade was just roughly ground out of flat stock. No contouring at all, just flat and straight. The handle is oversized. We'll see if it stands up to any use as a brush knife, as I intend to abuse it. Glad I only paid $48 for it. UPDATE: It holds a pretty good edge, takes abuse as a brush knife. It's my No.1 go to knife when I head out. Very impressive knife. I would buy another.

Will hold and keep an incredibly sharp edge. The durability can be felt in the weight of the blade. The all wood grip fits perfectly in your hand. And the super high polished chrome finish on the blade is not just beautiful it also tells you it is rust resistant.

Way better than what I expected for the money. The Damascus is beautiful! Probably not the best steel, but again, for the money.... My only nit is , the blade tilts slightly (but noticeably if you look for it) to the left. Not a bend - a straight tilt. I didn't have any huge knives in my collection, so for this price, I thought I'd give it a shot. Overall, I'm not disappointed at all. Anyone picking this up will be impressed by the size, Damascus, brass and overall heft. Don't think they'll notice the tilt because of it's obvious first impressions. Plus, if my chainsaw ever breaks.... Hope this helps someone!
