Are these packaged individually in the standard retail plastic blisterpack, or is it 6 in a single box/package?

All I have received are packaged 1 to a box and each inhaler has an expiration date on it. Don't remember if the boxes are grouped into a single package, but I have received them as "eaches". You can buy odd numbers of them.

I would like to know if this can be used during sleep hours without hyping 'you'?

Yes. I use it the first time about 11:00 when I am ready to sleep. I sleep just like I always have except it keeps my nose open to breathe. Then if I am a little clogged up after waking up for my pilgrimage to the bathroom, I have used it again if the time has past 2 1/2 hours since last used. I have not had any hyper feelings using this product. JR age 82
