Great for meal preparation
These are dishwasher and microwave proof.3 slots, big slot holds about 300-350 grams of protein. Smaller slots hold about 200 grams of vegetables or rice etc.Been using the same set for about 8 weeks.Still going good.

It came in promptly and in good condition. I like the size of the compartments. It is perfect for my meal prep. The quality is good. It is not as heavy duty as more expensive brands but it is really good for the price I paid for.
