The taste of the old days.
This is the best licorice! I had searched for the taste of the black licorice buttons that I loved when I was a kid. I ran across these in a candy store in Holland Michigan when I was visiting and I found that taste I was looking for!

Kitty katze licorice
These have been my son's favorite candies since he was a child. Along with being a cat addict, this hits on two levels. I get him a bag every christmas, but since we were out of town this year and unable to visit the candy shop we usually purchase from, i got a three pack to make up for the lateness. They are very flavourful and not too sweet with a clean licorice taste. The candies start out hard and warm into an awesome chewiness in your mouth. My son went through the first bag in 2 days.

Tasty but hurts my jaw a bit
Taste is good and the shapes are so cute! But why are they so hard? Even after warming up at room temp, they are pretty hard to chew.

Best licorice.
My favorite licorice. Price has gone up, so the best buy is 12 bags. Cats are a little on the firm side, so they soften in your mouth. Makes them last longer. Your mouth and tongue do not turn black from the licorice.
