It looks & feel good, light-weight, sharp and with some efforat we can cut the paper also ita not seemless so we can say it's good sharp but not as sharp as japanis knife but see the price difference,It had palstick handels but looks and feels like wooden handel only.This sharpness is good enough for home use, it's stainless steel, and it looks like the best option money can buy, but some day just for fun I will try to sharp this knife on water stone and let's see is it easy to sharpen & can it be as sharp as japanis knife..
