What is the “mother”?

The Mother is a matrix consisting of strands of proteins, cellulose, and other compounds in apple cider vinegar produced during fermentation. Cellulose and apple solids including pectin are also part of The Mother.

How is this different from the original ACV bottle?

How much apple cider vinegar should I use from each bottle?

Only Braggs apple cider vinegar in this house

Braggs is getting harder to find in the stores. The price here is great. The quality is high You can cook with it, make homemade dressings or the apple cider cleanse. The smell is what you would expect from a good vinegar.
