Can it be mixed with other 2 strike oil ?

i would not mix oils because each oil is a different mixture as well as having competing additives etc. They could cause engine wear or buildup or malfunction over time. Whenever I change brands I go through several cycles of a cleaning product then switch to a different oil. This strips the old and rebuilds the new.

Is this compatable with  alcohol?

YES, ester based, will not separate like non ester petroleum or synthetic 2 stroke oils in Ethanol.Very good with E85 fuel in a 2 stroke 66cc "china girl" motorized bike engine.Little or no smell compared to gas & typical 2 stroke mix.Jet richer by 30% from #70 to 64 if you get dieseling, (Dieseling is bad too lean, too hot) and replace fuel line with automotive grade and carb bowl o-ring with Nitrile (Buna-N) or Viton® (FKM) elastomer O-Rings or gasket and RTV instead of stock o-ring. Does this 2-stroke oil work well with ethanol fuel? 2-stroke racing motorcycle engines?

I've used it with racing gas I've purchased at the track  I run this through my racing Go kart 2-Stroke engines (105 octane) I believe it will mix well in ethanol

more than likely, yes... however, to be 100% sure.. drain a little out of tank.. mix some fresh redline and mix together and see . watch for settling after some mild agitation.
