Is it already assembled? Or in it the th origional package?

In its original package, but its tiny tiny tiny...

What are the built dimensions of this?

I believe he is only 1.5 inches tall, i can give you a better idea next week (he's wrapped up to be given as a birthday present this week lol)

So it says here it's a legitimate nanoblock, but based on pictures, it looks like they are sending out the Loz version. Could someone verify?

If you buy it directly from Amazon, it's the legit Nanoblock that's made in Japan. Don't order from third-party sellers since they might try to scam you by sending the Chinese knockoff version from Loz or iBlock.

It says the recommended age is for preteens to teenagers but reviews state they got for younger kids. Would this be ok for a 6 y/o boy??

Definitely not for kids since the pieces are ridiculously tiny and might get lost. The instructions can be a bit confusing too if you don't know how to read each diagram. The description says 8+, but I wouldn't recommend these for anyone under 13.
