China - they are not tapered enough to flip an egg.

Will the handles melt if resting on a hot pot ?

They are silicone. As long as the pot isn't over 500 degrees, they will not melt. I leave mine in the pot while boiling and have no problems at all.

Does this contain any PFAs?

I believe the paperwork said it did not. They are great tools though!
