Is this big enough to fit as a refill for folio ?

Hi Alicia, I'm not familiar with folio refills. This notepad comes in two sizes: half-letter (5.5 inches by 8.5 inches) and letter size (8.5 inches by 11 inches). Thank you and all the best, Anne, 321Done

Does it come wrapped in plastic packaging?

Hi Rachel, The notepad is shrinkwrapped. As much as I dislike plastic, I have to abide by Amazon’s packaging requirements. Thank you for your understanding, Anne, 321Done

Are they double sided?

Hi Addison, No, the printing is single-sided. Hope that helps, Anne, 321Done
