Is this a brush or gloves? The description describes gloves.

This is a brush with a grip handle, no gloves

What are the dimensions of the individual brush?

I haven’t measured it but they’re a standard square size. I love them

how long is this including handle and brush?

About 10-1/2 inches out of the package. About 11 inches once you've used it a little while and the bristles splay out.

Would this work on a cast iron skillet

Yes. It works great. When you clean your iron skillet use on a tiny bit of dawn dish washing liquid. You don't want to scrub out your seasonings.
