What is the size of the XL pizza steel?

There are two XL sizes. The speed steel XL round is 16 inches in diameter. The speed steel XL is square and measures 15 in for the length and the width. Both of 0.9 in high. Honestly, some of the answers given on Amazon make me scratch my head and disbelief :(

Is this pizza steel safe to use on a grill with a lid? My grill can hit 600 degrees, my oven tops out at 425.

My gas oven tops out at 550 and has had no issues with it whatsoever. Seasoned Cast iron is safe for use up to 700 degrees.
