As a firearms instructor and a armorer with 30 plus years experience in can tell you this is the very best gun grease in the world. A half a drop is all that is needed on each slide or bolt/action. This is not an oil but gun grease so use sparingly or you will gunk up your firearm. Use this like you should and it will last 5 years maybe 10. Great Stuff.

This is an excellent thick weight oil that is quite slick as well. I use this grease lube on my knives and really am impressed with it. I tried the Wilson oil on them but it does not perform nearly as well as this grease. The actions whether they be bronze or nylon washer or even ball bearings is improved after applying this. I have several other top rated knife lubes, KPL, Nano, etc. and this lube works better than them. I absolutely recommend it for knives. For guns, I would only recommend this for warmer weather this stuff gets pretty thick and sticky when it gets cold. My semi auto rifles do not like this grease lube in the winter, I use the oil lube on all of my guns because of this and that stuff works great at cold temps.

This is a thicker lubricant and shouldn't be used in all applications. Differing viscosity lubricants have specific uses on various internal components of a firearm. Temperatures are another consideration. A person wouldn't use this on an AR bolt in Alaskan cold weather. With these points considered, I have no qualms using this on my more expensive weapons in the appropriate locations and do recommend it.

I waited a while before writing a review to get some actual experience using this. First off, a little drop goes a long way. This stuff really stays on where you want it. Been using it lately on slide rails and other parts where CLP may just not stick well. My conclusion...this stuff is awesome! My biggest surprise in addition to better lubrication was when it came time to clean. Carbon and dirt wiped right off much easier than with other stuff I had been using. This is some seriously good weapons lube. Apparently it’s polymer frame safe but I’d verify that for yourself.

I like Wilson Combat's products so far. They are my go to lubricants. Just cleaned my 516 and lubed it up with this grease. Action is really smooth no sandy grind feel in the action like I was getting with Mil- comm TW25 grease. Tried it on my MC Operator , but wound up liking their universal oil better for it. Kudos to WC of making a great product. One day if the Good Lord see's fit, I will get to own one of your pistols.
