When I try to print a pic it comes out black with white lines. No picture. Any ideas??

Try turning up the brightness of your device all the way. The screen might be too dark to capture a clear picture.

Do you need to buy ink?

no you just need to buy the film i buy my film like if it was a polaroid camera from fujifilm

Does it come with the film?

Hello and Thank you for your question about the KiiPix Smartphone Picture Printer. No, this does not come with the film.

my pictures are turning out black and I wasted a lot of film on it. Anyone else have the same problem? Some came out fine but most are black

i have the same problem, if you find a solution, lmk
