This was purchased for my church. We use this to send video announcements to remote tvs in the lobby of the church. Easy to install and setup. If you are using self terminated LAN cables, they must be built correctly. These units use POE and a poorly terminated LAN cable will cause the remote unit not to work. No power connections are needed at the remote side. Our LAN runs are between 75’ and 100’. Picture quality is very good. Make sure the transmitter unit has good ventilation. I had it in a rack on top of another unit and I think it was over heating. I moved the transmitter unit and that solved the problem of glitches on the TV. Would definitely recommend this product as a good HDMI extender. OREI makes a lot of good products and their instructional videos are great.

Used this to install 4 extra TV's in a church to mirror their already installed projector's video. For each of the 4 outputs I used 150ft Cat6 cables and the picture at each of the 4 TV's is perfect. The cables go past AC lines, speaker lines.. etc and there is no noticeable interference at all. This unit is absolutely worth the price in my opinion. Everything was plug and play with zero programming or anything required. Plug in your HDMI source and turn the unit on, easy as that.

some times it works great but its not stable the flickering is so bad even under 35ft
