Exceptional quality
Very happy with the mount and the fact that I decided not to save money on it, as quality/convenience much more important. The setup is a bit complicated, especially the weighting that you need to adjust by using a screwdriver. I don't think I managed to do it perfectly right, but everything works well.

This is amazing
Initially I bought a cheaper one thinking I would save money. But didn't work for my 7 kg screen. Now I bought this one and it works amazing with my Samsung Odyssey G8 neo. My screen is 32' and 7 kg. Just followed the instructions & it was easy to use. Most of the parts are metal & the tilt function is 👏. Thank you

Monitor arm tension is gone
Really disappointed, the tension in the arms is gone and I don’t even have a tool to tighten and adjust this tension, what should I do now with the arm?!!!

Very sturdy monitor arm
I have a 25" 360hz Monitor for context. And I think this monitor arm is perfect, it is sturdy and doesn't move unless you apply some force to move it. it is really good at angling itself and doesn't have those points where it sticks to and you can't get it perfectly straight.
