It Works!
I used this for the ledger stone on my pool wall on my pool. There was some calcium build up before I was able to seal the wall. This softened the calcium where I was able to scrape it off. It is easy to use, good value for the money and has no odor. This worked! The bottle came without leaking as well. I will definitely use again.

Doesn't work - Waste of Money
Didn't work at all on my calcium stained pool tiles. I followed directions - tried 4 times until I finally gave up. Chemical smells awful - you need a mask. And it works no better than soap and water. Complete waste of money.

Nope.
Might work better for very minor haze . Didn’t work at all for major scale.

Worked great!
Not sure how anyone can say this stuff doesn't work. Yes, there was a bit work involved... it's not magic, but the stuff works great. I used a paint scraper, a scrub brush and a rag... and you have to throw in some elbow grease!See pics included... before and after.

How the cleaner works
It works but Im probably going to have to use the whole bottle and scrub many times. I have a jetted tub so I am using it to get the hard water off where it drips and in my toilets.I see difference in the toilet but not so much on the tub.

Does the Job as Promised
The product eventually melts the calcium buildups like glue residues.I had to use coarse sandpaper to get the job done when steel wool hardly worked. I repeated spraying and scrubbing anywhere between 5 and 30 times, depending on how bad the buildup was. It took 15-20 times on a typical buildup. The hardest to remove was old thin layers. Thick buildups were relatively easy to get rid of.I chose not to scrub the grout, and you will see the white stuff left between the tiles in my pictures. Please note that sandpaper does create fine scratches on tiles, so I wouldn’t recommend everyone to do this. Yet, the scratches are far less visible than the calcium buildups in my eyes. I’m going to seal the tiles later. So, the product works in the end as promised. Rubber gloves and eye protection are recommended.

Don't waste your money!!
Don't waste your money, it doesn't work. In fact, it made my tile look worse. I followed the directions, scrapped and scrubbed, then applied Layor Care Heavy Calcium Releaser. I let it sit for 5-8 min, as directed, then scrubbed again. When the tiles dried, it looked as though the calcium spread all over the tile. I repeated the process three times and it still didn't work. Now I am stuck with horrible looking tile.
